DoForMoney connects people who need a task done with people nearby who can do it. Here is what we do, what we don't do, and how to keep every task safe.

What to expect from us

What DoForMoney does

  • Every account confirms its email with a 6-digit code.
  • Public profiles show a person's city, completed tasks and the ratings and reviews left after real tasks.
  • Anyone can ask questions on an open task, and the answers are public.
  • The exact address is shown only to the worker the tasker chooses.
  • You can chat on the site to agree on the details before the work starts.
  • Our team can remove accounts and tasks that break our rules.

What DoForMoney doesn't do

  • We don't check government IDs.
  • We don't run background or police checks.
  • We don't provide insurance for people, homes or belongings.
  • We don't handle payments: you pay each other directly.
  • We don't employ workers or guarantee the work.

Simple habits that keep tasks safe

If you're a tasker

  • Read the worker's profile, ratings and reviews before you accept an offer.
  • Agree on the work, time and price in the chat before the day.
  • Keep valuables and documents out of sight while the work is done.
  • Tell a family member or friend who is coming and when.

If you're a worker

  • Read the task and the tasker's profile before you make an offer.
  • Share where you're going and when you expect to be back with someone you trust.
  • For a first task with someone new, prefer daytime hours.
  • If anything feels wrong when you arrive, you can leave.

Paying safely

  • Agree on the full price in the chat before the work starts.
  • Pay once the work is done, not in advance to someone you haven't met.
  • Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or bank password with anyone.
  • Keep the conversation on DoForMoney, so you both have a record.
